Return Policy
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Web orders are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, no make up stains, no deodorant stains, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached and/or in its original packaging. Sale, discounted, and special order items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases. Any accessories, swim, undergarments, are FINAL SALE.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of you receiving your order.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Sale, Final Sale, and Special Order items may not be returned.
The following items are NON-REFUNDABLE:
- Clothing received in washed, damaged, worn condition, or missing tags/accessories.
- Any white clothing.
- Any jewelry.
- Other accessories- including but not limited to cosmetics, hats & beanies, tech cases, keychains & charms, sunglasses, belts, handbags, etc.
- Apartment items.
- Footwear returned without their original shoebox and/or returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox. *Please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box.
- Gift cards.
- Free gifts.
- Undergarments - including but not limited to undies, bras, docks, spanx, etc.
- Any SALE or FINAL SALE items.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. We will NOT accept any package that does not meet these requirements. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged or incorrect please email kundalisiboutique@gmail.com and be sure to include: your first/last name, order number and a photo of the item. Email inquiries must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. . Any items reported after 48 hours will not be accepted for review.
How to make a return or an exchange:
- Securely pack your items in a box or envelope of your choice with your name, address and order number. Also include the reason for your return.
- Send the return/exchange using any trackable method, at your expense to the following address: ATTN: RETURNS -
Refunds & Processing Time:
If your package arrives at Kundalisi Department within the 7-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Kundalisi Inc.
Exchanges:
Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time returned items come back to us, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
Kundalisi- is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
